Description:
    Nova Bulgarian Properties presents apartments in Northern Star in Bansko. Luxury already finished Complex “Northern Star”. It is situated on a plot of area from 700 sq.m. in the southern part of the put as the  most  modern and unique winter ski resort in Bulgaria – Bansko, holding out a lot of sport, amusements and possibility for an active rest.

    The Complex is situated  at only 130 km away from Sofia- Airport. The Complex is located at less than 300 meters away from the first station of the cabin lift with a fine view to the Mountains of Rila, Pirin and Rodophy.
The Complex will guarded night and day and is equipped with reception-desk, an elevator, a relax center: coffee bar, spa-center, ski wardrobe.
We offer for sale  fully furnished one studio and three 2 – roomed apartments with a built up area from 30 to 70 sq.m.  
    The apartments are finished and luxurious with an outside thermal isolation, German PVC-woodwork, terracotta, sanitary faience, shower cabin, water-heater, laminated parquet floor, convector heating and the apartments are adapted for an all year using.
    The apartments are fully furnished and the price includes the following furnishing package: a set of kitchen cupboards, a cooker with two hot-plates and an oven, refrigerator with 100 liter capacity,  an absorbator, a bedroom suite / two beds /, a wardrobe, a coach with two arm chairs, a living room table, a dining table, chairs, a TV – 20” with a TV stand; in the bathroom – a shower cabin, a water heater, a lavatory pan, a sink with a cupboard and a mirror.
    A management company hired by the investor of the building for an annual fee from 8 euro per m2 per holds up the guard and the hygiene of the whole complex as well as the common rooms.
    We will provide a contract with a Tour operator company for letting out the property for the first year. The annual rent from the estate is approximately 10-15%.

Payment schedule:
-    Reservation fee from € 1000 / one thousand/. Validity thirty days.
-    10 % from the sale price – a down payment. The Reservation fee will be deducted
-    40% - when signing the Preliminary Contract
-    The rest 50 % - on the day of contract certification at Notary`s office
There is a possibility for individual schedules of payment


There is an option for lease payment  without extra charge for the first 2 years.
