Description:
    Nova Bulgarian Properties presents apartments in Lion Head Country Golf Resort in Bansko. Luxury residential – hotel Complex with resort functions “Lion Head Country golf resort”, located on a first line near the biggest golf course in Bulgaria “Pirin golf and country club”.

    The golf course is situated at 5 kilometers away from the biggest  skiing resort in  Bulgaria, Bansko, at the foot of the Pirin mountain and is designed by the world famous golf designer Ian Woosman.
The Complex is with a spread out built up area from 2 382.4 sq.m. and will be built on a plot with an area of 1 502 sq.m.
    The Building will be guarded night and day and will be equipped with an elevator, reception desk, lobby bar, garden recess with a barbecue, a children recess for games and a parking.
    We offer for sale a variety of apartments , 1-, 2-, 3-room apartments and maisonettes, with  area from 46 to 104 sq.m.
    The  apartments will be completed in a luxury mode , with and outer thermal insulation,  germen PVC – joinery, terracotta, sanitary faience, laminated parquet, boiler, convector heating and adapted to be used  all the year round. The price includes the following furniture: Kitchen complete set, stove with two hot- plates and oven, one refrigerator – volume 100 liter, absorbator; bedroom with two beds, one wardrobe, sofa  and two armchairs, one table and one coffee table, and chairs, TV set 20” and TV shelf’s; bathroom – one shower cabin, water-heater, toilet seat, sink and cupboard with mirror. 
    The investor of the building, for the sum of 8 euro per m2 per year holds up the guard and the hygiene of the common parts of the whole complex. If the client wishes after the conclusion of the building the investor can offer a contract with a tour agency for a rent of the private estate. The annual rent from the estate will be about  5-8 % .
 

Reservation fee – 1000 euro. Validity 30 days.
10 % from the purchase price– earnest on the day of signing the contract.
The reservation fee wil be deducted.
II – installment  40 % within a month of signing the Preliminary contract.
III – installment 30 % on roof but not later than 30 of  November 2007.
IV - installment on the day of Notary transfer of the property and  on completion of the building until September 2008.
There are possibilities for individual schedules of  payment. All payments has to be made on a bank account
