    “MOUNTAIN LAKE” SPA Resort is located in Tzigov Chark resort, between pine forest and the magnificent Batak Dam Lake. Disposed at 900 meters from the ski run and about 15 miles away from the world famous Velingrad SPA resort, the Complex offers incredible view towards the lake and plenty of amenities, such as fishing, horse riding, hunting, skiing, boat and yacht marina, and many others.

The Complex offers to future owners 79 apartments at price of 1000 EURO per sq.m. and 8 semi-detached houses at price of 1300 EURO per sq.m. The apart hotel consists of four, three storied buildings with 21 apartments in each building.  “MOUNTAIN LAKE” offers large choice of Studios, one bedroom and maisonettes.  Each apartment on the ground floor is for sale, together with own yard, about 30 sq.m. large.

The houses are semi-detached, two stories with two or three bedrooms. Each house consists of living room, kitchen box, one or two bathrooms and two or three bedrooms. Parking lot is available too.
